A dog in Chile is unfortunately hit by a car and wounded. Another dog drags the wounded dog to the side of the road. The hero dog ran away. All animals are amazing, but dogs seem to take it the one step further — the reporter says the injured dog survived, but it sounds like it may have later died at the vets.

Unfortunately the reporter got it wrong when he said the injured dog lived, he died at the vet some time after, and the other dog escaped back into the urban terrain. A good samaritan never hangs out looking to take credit.
